Do you qualify for a VA loan?
In order to be eligible to apply for a VA loan, you must be meet at least one of the following conditions:
- You’ve served at least 90 consecutive days of active service during wartime.
- You’ve served at least 181 days of active service during peacetime.
- You’ve served more than six years in either the National Guard or the reserves.
- You’re an unmarried spouse of a service member who died while in service or from a service-related disability.
- Your spouse is a prisoner of war or is missing in action.
Additionally, in order to qualify for a VA loan through our lender — NOVA® Home Loans — your FICO score must be at least 550.
