My basic philosophy is “I will fight for you!”

I have worked in many different professions over the years and enjoyed every one but got into real estate back in 1999, after we sold our gorgeous historical home in Salem OR, and the agent representing us tried to double charge us $1700 in the Settlement Statement. I caught it,called the title company and discovered they typically got away with it as very few home buyers or sellers read every line – but I did! Driving back down to CA I decided that would NEVER happen to anyone else as I was going into real estate.

I have always loved homes, historical most of all, and feel there is a perfect match for human and home and I strive every day to make that happen for my clients. I have worked in CA and in AZ through all the crazy ups and downs of the housing market.

As a serious Realtor, I attend educational classes and skill courses to continue to improve and learn as our business continues to change. I just successfully completed my RCS-D (Real Estate Coordinator Specialist Divorce) in April 2019, which allows me to help those needing to get the right information before they walk into mediation to be able to make informed decisions. SO important!

In addition to my wonderful real estate career, I manage our Air BNB guest house and love that I have been able to meet new and awesome people from all over the world in the last year as I meet and greet them upon their arrival. I always wanted to run a historical B&B so this is as close as I am getting right now. Sadly, if I DID run a B&B my guests would soon find out that my idea of breakfast is either mocha or a healthy smoothie and possibly a toasted bagel.

In my off work time I volunteer with the a variety of rescue groups for dogs and have two of my own! As you can see from my profile photo, and LOVE big dogs and all the white fur that comes with it.
